Jiu-Jitsu vs. Kickboxing — Which Should I Start With?

Start with jiu-jitsu if...

You want control, leverage, and self-defense that works close up. It's low-impact on the head, technical, and rewards patience — great if you're coming back from years off.

Start with kickboxing if...

You want conditioning fast, you like standing striking, and you want to hit pads hard. Many members do both — free class first, then decide.
