Which is right for you?

Fitness Boxing or the Competitive Track?

Fitness Boxing

You want the conditioning, the skill, and the stress relief — no fights required. Pads, bags, and drills, with contact entirely optional.

You want to spar, sharpen ring craft, and eventually compete. Coaches build your rounds up gradually. [PLACEHOLDER]

Youth Boxing

Kids learn focus, coordination, and respect — and they get to hit something, which they love. Grouped by age and size. Minimum ages: Kids jiu-jitsu starts at age 5. For kids boxing and kickboxing, meet with our coaches and we'll place your child in the right group.

Your Coaches

API is led by Lee Anderson — U.S. Open jiu-jitsu champion and a veteran of King of the Cage, Gladiator Challenge, and Extreme Fighting — with 30 years of teaching striking and grappling in this valley.
