What to expect?
This is a fun, upbeat class with the focus on learning a new skill while having fun.
The Women's Class is a no contact (no sparring) class.
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the kickboxing methodologies outlined below
Proper form
Footwork
Timing
Movement
Workouts can be adjusted for ability level and intensity to enhance the fitness of any individual.
Our kickboxing classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
